Rates quoted are in EURO (€) VAT and include the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal fees introduced by the competent authorities, will be reflected automatically on the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
These rates are per room, per night, for the number of people mentioned on the booking and for the dates selected exclusively. They do not include, unless otherwise stated, ancillary services and other tourist tax.
The tourist tax is 2.45 € per day and per person (over 18 years). It is not included in the price displayed and must be paid directly on site.
Some services may be subject to a surcharge and may be subject to modifications without prior notice, in no way incurring the responsibility of the hotel.
No stay booked before the implementation of any promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.
 

Reservations can be made on the website https://www.bw-monopole.com, by phone, e-mail or mail.
The reservation will be effective only if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with expiry date, security cryptogram and debit authorization duly signed, or by the payment of a deposit and after receipt of a detailed booking confirmation.
The payment of all services will be done directly with the hotel (exceptions made for pre-paid bookings at the time of booking).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking in case the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
Bookings regardless of their origin will be payable in € uro only.
The Best Western Plus Monopole Métropole Hotel accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay and has PCI-certified secure booking software that protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation to prevent disclosure to a third party.
When booking the reservation, a credit card debit authorization will be made. This will be done for informational purposes and will in no case be a debit account except in the following cases:

- If the validity date of the credit card is before the arrival date.

By force majeure is meant any event external to the parties presenting a character at once unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents the Hotel from executing all or part of the obligations stipulated by the contract. In case of modification or cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply:
- For all requests made within 24 hours of the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged the amount of the first night.
- Any stay started is entirely due.
- Any booking benefiting from a non-cancellable, non-modifiable promotional rate will not be refunded.

Breakfast is offered for children under 16 years old.
Rooms are usually available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. A surcharge may be requested in case of non-compliance with the maximum time of departure.
All our rooms are non-smoking. In the event that a guest smokes in the room (accidental activation of the smoke detector and / or persistent smell in the room, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 150.00 € (one hundred and fifty Euro) for the immobilization costs of the room. room and additional cleaning.
The client agrees to respect other guests of the hotel, staff and places. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is so for the substantive rules as for the rules of form. Litigation will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
